No. Every miss goes on your record, and that's the floor. Money is something you add, and it's never allowed on a promise proved only by your word.
Oathful keeps it. It doesn't go to a charity, because money you'd feel good about giving away isn't much of a stake. A miss always costs the same, and a weekly cap limits the total.
No, and that's the point. Once it's signed, you can't stop, pause or edit it until the end date you picked. You'll want to quit on a bad day, but you signed it on a good one. When it ends, you can renew it with the same length and actions.
A standalone action can be edited until 24 hours before the next deadline a change would reach. After that its terms are held. You can always pause or stop a standalone action, and neither ever moves a deadline that's already set.
Four ways: a photo taken in the app (never picked from your library), a timer that resets if you leave the app, a check-in at a place you pinned, or your word.
A miss on a photo waits 24 hours before it settles, and you can contest it in that window.
That's up to you. Most goals worth a contract take weeks or months. You choose the last day before you sign, and it can't change afterwards.
Cards are added on your Oathful account on the web. The app never asks for card details. It only shows whether one is on file.
They're read only when a proof asks for them: your location once, at the moment you check in, and the camera when you take the photo. Nothing is tracked in the background.
